This year's concert of popular film and pop melodies took place at the Karviná Municipal Cultural Center due to inclement weather. Despite the inclement weather, the hall was filled to capacity and the audience was treated to music from the films Jesus Christ Superstar, Pearl Harbor, The Rock, Titanic, Indiana Jones, as well as well-known melodies by ABBA, Queen, and singer Robbie Williams. The music was accompanied by large-screen projections of film clips on an LED wall.

The entire concert was conducted by guest conductor Marek Madeja. The evening was hosted by Daniela Walová.

The concert was held in cooperation with the Karviná Municipal Cultural Center and with the support of the statutory city of Karviná and the OKD Foundation.
